To start with the receiving staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming to my first appointment and review . Dr Jayanthi maam and Dr Anish sir, my surgeons listened to my complaints with such impecable patience and I felt at ease from the first appointment to the day of surgery. I received regular calls to check on my health and preop guidance to the day of the procedure from the staff. I ve never seen this kind of hospitality anywhere, even in the hospital that I work in. The review appointment was made very flexible for me . Dr. Smrithi maam was very understanding of my work hours and offered to wait late for me.
